Tessier Enterprise is a family owned and operated, Edmonton based company specializing in small to large scale landscaping jobs and property maintenance. Our mission is to deliver personable, professional service with quality that is beyond reproach. We look forward to new challenges and treat each and every client with individualized attention.

Stephane Tessier, Superintendant

Stephane grew up in Montréal, Québec and was brought to Edmonton in 2004 by the Canadian Forces after completing his Bachelor of Computer Science degree at the Université du Québec à Montréal. Some of Stephane’s military achievements include being Troop Commander in Afghanistan and Deputy Commander of a Squadron, with the rank of Captain.

Stephane found his passion to be in outdoor renovations however, and in March 2014 he incorporated Tessier Enterprise. He immediately took on an ambitious fifty-foot retaining wall for one of his clients — which turned out beautifully. After his initial success, Stephane found his niche in snow removal, with the aid of his beloved Bob Cat and it has all evolved from there.

When Stephane isn’t working tirelessly to beautify urban and rural landscapes he enjoys spending time with his three children, camping and the great Canadian pursuit of discovering the perfect poutine.

Ghitta Tessier,  Master Gardener

Ghitta was raised in the beautiful city of Edmonton — born into a construction family, she spent many weekends on the family hobby farm developing a thorough appreciation for the outdoors, and cultivating her curiosity on how things grow and are made.

Eventually Ghitta went on to complete her Culinary Arts diploma from N.A.I.T., and worked for a decade in the hospitality industry. After years of traveling the country, working in fine dining establishments — and many late nights away from home — she decided to make a change and hung up her apron in favour of pruning shears.

Ghitta re-discovered her love for the outdoors, and all things that grow, pursuing her certification in the Master Gardener program at the University of Alberta. She is now a member of the Master Gardener Association of Alberta.

In her down time Ghitta can be found dragging her family to one of many festivals around the city, debating her favourite shows, volunteering as the Garden Coordinator for the Community Garden project in Edmonton’s McQueen neighbourhood, and cultivating her love of the outdoors in general.
